Q: Who is this class for?Anyone who would like to learn more about real estate investing. Start with no knowledge on Monday. Be ready to do your first or next deal by Friday.Q: Who is this class NOT for?Someone expecting to get rich quick without putting any of the work in. If you're expecting something for nothing, don't waste your time and money.Q: When is the Challenge?June 23rd - June 27th, 2025Q: Are the Challenge classes live?Yes!Q: When do we meet?We meet at 12 Noon and 7 PM each day from Monday thru Thursday. Our last session is Friday at 12 noon.Q: Will there be assignments?Yes. Successful students attend all of the sessions and do all of the assignments. The assignments reinforce what is taught.Q: What if I miss a session?Successful students attend all of the sessions. If, however, you have an emergency and cannot attend a session, each session will be recorded and can be viewed afterwards for a limited time.Q: Will this be convenient?We have made the Challenge as convenient as possible, especially for those with W2 jobs. We teach over lunch and dinner. And we present over Zoom, so you don't have to travel.Having said that, the Challenge will not be totally convenient.
